Body recovered under suspicious circumstances in Kashmir

Srinagar, May 19 : Body of a man was fished out from a water body under suspicious circumstances in south Kashmir district of Pulwama today, official sources said.

Panic gripped Gadoora area when some locals saw the body in a local nullah.

The body was fished out and taken away by police for identification.

Later, the deceased was identified as Mohammad Yousuf Lone.
The cause of his death was being ascertained, the sources said, adding police has registered a case and initiated proceedings.
