Borivali West, January 31, 2025 – In a remarkable display of courage, resilience, and talent, the Being Sevak Charitable Trust, in collaboration with the Cricket Association of the Blind Maharashtra, organized a groundbreaking cricket tournament for visually impaired (Netrhin) individuals. The event, held at the MCF Ground in Borivali West, showcased the extraordinary spirit of 30 talented players who defied all odds to participate in the sport they love.

The teams, Sevak Royal (Yellow) and Sevak Star (Blue), battled fiercely in a match that went beyond competition-it was a testament to human perseverance. A Celebration of Talent and Spirit

The atmosphere at the MCF Ground was electric, with enthusiastic spectators and volunteers cheering passionately for the players. Each moment of the game resonated with inspiration, as the players demonstrated remarkable coordination, skill, and resilience.

The tournament concluded with Sevak Royal clinching victory in a thrilling match. The outstanding individual performances were also recognized, with Akshay Kadav and Apollo Chavan serving as captains of their respective teams. Akshay Kadav, Bhavesh Ambaliya, and Sanjeev Dubey were honored as the Men of the Series for their exceptional contributions.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Priyank Shah, trustee of Being Sevak Charitable Trust, expressed his admiration for the players:

“This extraordinary game has shown us that when you believe in yourself, nothing is impossible. These players have redefined limitations and inspired us all. Yeh bahut hi adbhut anubhav hai baki logo k liye ki wo in divyaang logo se prerna le aur jis chetra mein ho, humesha aage badhne ki koshish karein, kyonki koshish karne walo ki kabhi haar nahi hoti.”

The dedication of these players serves as a lesson for all, proving that with determination, even the toughest obstacles can be overcome. The event was a celebration of inclusivity, demonstrating the power of sports to unite and inspire.
