Srinagar, Apr 27 (KMW): A recruitment rally was organised by the Army Recruiting Office, Srinagar at Hyderbeigh (Pattan) for the youth to Bandipora, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Baramulla and Srinagar districts.
In a statement to KMW a defence spokesman said Common Entrance Exam was held at Hyderbeigh (Pattan) on 26 April 2015 where selected candidates from Anantnag, Baramulla, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Budgam, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian and Srinagar districts.
“Despite the prevailing adverse internal security situation a total No of 433 candidates attended the same. This is another successful endeavor undertake by the Army to help the youth of the Valley by creating job opportunities and help the Valley to recover from the devastating floods and addressing the unemployment issue in the valley by the Army,†he said.
