Srinagar: The Chairman of the International Forum for Justice & Human Rights forum Kashmir has felicitated the entire length and breadth of Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. The human rights activist also called on to the leaders to first practice austerity in Eid shoppings before flaunting about the same to the people.
He also pressed on the international organizations to stop acting as mere mute spectators over the issue of gigantic number of disappearances in Kashmir and take immediate and fruitful steps due to it. Mr. Untoo also said that the recent issue of the discovery of mass graveyards in Kashmir was just a tip of the iceberg and there was every possibility of discovery of many more such graveyards in the browbeaten valley of Kashmir and stressed that the matter be taken up by the international judiciary and also try for matching the DNA of the dead bodies with the families of the disappeared people, as there was a very high probability that majority of the dead bodies could be of the disappeared.
