SRINAGAR, (KMW News): The State Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah approved promotion of 79 officers of various departmental services to the Time Scale of KAS.
The Cabinet also approved promotion of FarhatHussainQadri Manager Government Press Srinagar as its General Manager w.e.f 18.08.2012.
The Cabinet accorded sanction to the creation of 7 posts for Zilla Sainik Welfare Office at Kargil including one post of Secretary, Head Assistant, Senior Assistant, Junior Assistant, Welfare Organizer and 2 posts of peon cum Chowkidar.
The Cabinet also approved the resolution brought to it by the School Education Department regarding recruitment of teachers under SSA in upgraded Primary Schools through Rehabar-e- Taleem Scheme.
