Srinagar | Tuesday, Aug 12: Seven Border Security Force (BSF) Personnel were injured when militants attacked a convoy at Pampore, about 12 Km from here in south Kashmir district of Pulwama last night, official sources said here.
They said a BSF convoy on way to Pahalgam from Srinagar was attacked by militants with automatic weapons at Pampore on the Srinagar- Jammu National highway.
They said seven BSF personnel were injured in the attack.
The militants managed to escape under the cover of darkness, sources said, adding that a massive hunt has been launched to nab the militants responsible for the attack.
No militant outfit so far has claimed responsibility for the attack.
