45 feared dead in bus tragedy in Jammu

Jammu, Sep 4 : At least 45 people were feared dead while several houses collapsed as rains created havoc across Jammu region for the past 72 hours.

“At least 45 members of a marriage party were reportedly killed when a bus they were travelling in this morning got trapped in flash floods while crossing a nullah near Darhaal village in Rajouri district,” a police spokesman here said.

The bus was on way from Rajpura Bhatta to Laam when the incident took place.
