2 Bodies recovered in Srinagar

Srinagar: Police station Safakadal fished out a body of Mohammad Lateef Khan, age 30 years, son of Mohammad Ismail Khan resident of Lachmanpora, Batamaloo, Srinagar from river Jehlum at Gassi Mohalla, Srinagar, in the jurisdiction of police station Safakadal. The individual was missing since 10/11.04.2013 as confirmed by police station Batamaloo a missing report was lodged in police station Batamaloo on 11.04.2013.
Body of Ghulam Rasool Bhat, age 60 years, son of Abdul Samad resident of Pamposh Colony, Natipora was found near KMD Bus Stand, M.A Road, Srinagar in the jurisdiction of police station Kothibagh. Body sent for autopsy. Police inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated in this regard.
