Jammu: More than 150 passengers, stranded at border town of Kargil in Ladakh region, Srinagar and Jammu were airlifted to their respective destinations today.
Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Aamir Ali in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, said Indian Air Force (IAF) operated An-32 planes to airlift the passengers.
The planes operated between Srinagar-Kargil and Kargil-Jammu, he said.
