01 dies, 11 injured in road accidents

Srinagar June 01(KMW): A tourist died while eleven were injured in two separate road traffic accidents in the valley.
A Winger vehicle bearing registration number MH-41V/3569 turned turtle at Sharabi Mode Gulmarg in the jurisdiction of Police Station Gulmarg, resulting in on spot death of a tourist lady Aneesa Begum wife of Abdul Raheem resident of Maharashtra and injuries to other 08 passengers who were boarding the vehicle. All the injured were shifted to Srinagar Hospital for treatment. Srinagar police has registered a case in this regard.
A Tractor driven by Mohammad Ismail Khan resident of Draway turned turtle at Lehenwan Gawrwan in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kokernag resulting in injuries to three persons including the driver. All the injured were shifted to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment. Anantnag police has registered a case in this regard.
