Conduct Plebiscite in Kashmir: APHC leader, Er. Hilal War to UNSC

Srinagar, Jan 05 (KMW): Hurriyat Conference (M) leader and Jammu and Kashmir People’s Political Party (PPP) Chairman, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, in his diplomatic speech asked United Nations to intervene in Kashmir and uphold the Right of Self-Determination of people of Jammu and Kashmir.

He said it is the fundamental duty of UNO to ensure International peace, because unresolved Kashmir issue is, a potential threat to Nuclear War and can engulf whole world, therefore, for prevention and removal of threat to peace, UNSC has to invoke Article 1 of UN Charter to intervene in Kashmir in order to save the world from the horrors of Nuclear War.

According to KMW, APHC today conducted a seminar titled “Kashmir solution and UN insensitivity” on the eve of completion of 65 years of UN adopted resolutions on Kashmir dispute which have granted the people right to self determination.
