Unidentified Gunmen attack police party in Sopore, civilian killed

Srinagar: Unidentified gunmen today attacked a police party in a busy market area of Sopore town in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, leaving a civilian dead and a policeman critically injured, the fourth attack on security forces in the state this month.

Superintendent of Police, Sopore, Imtiyaz Hussain told News Agency that ” unidentified gunmen opened fire on a police party while they were clearing the traffic jam in Iqbal market area in Sopore.
