State Cabinet re-designates Rural Dev Deptt as Deptt of Rural Dev and Panchayati Raj

SRINAGAR: The State Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah approved the regularization of last tranche of 26 left out teachers of erstwhile Falah-i-Aam Trust working in the Education Department.

The State Cabinet also approved re-designation of Rural Development Department as the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. (KMW News)
