Srinagar,Eminent Congress Leader and JKPCC General Secretary Shameema Iqbal has felicitated the entire Muslim ummah on the eve of Eid Al Azha festival and called upon masses to observe Eid with gaiety and simplicity .

We should remember the wonderful aura of the Eid Al Adha It honours the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ismail as an act of obedience to God’s command. Before Ibrahim could sacrifice his son, however, Allah provided a lamb to sacrifice instead.

She also urged people to help the poor people so that they can also celebrate Eid Al Azha with full zeal and zest .
She made it clear that today due to ravaging pandemic of Coronavirus many families have lost near and dear ones and scores of families have lost sources of livelihood .
Shameema Iqbal prayer that this pandemic ends soon and world sees good times once again.

She stated that the great message of sacrifice of the Eid Al Azha teaches us happiness and to help others in testing times .
