Op Sadbhavna Med & Vet Camp at Katra on 20 Sep 2025

Jammu, September 20: “Under Operation Sadbhavna, a Medical & Veterinary Camp was organised at Katra on 20th September by the Army’s Crossed Swords Artillery Brigade in collaboration with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, local administration and SMVD Narayana Superspeciality Hospital.

The camp benefited over 500 locals and over 100 ponies, with treatment provided by a team of specialist doctors and veterinary specialists. Shri Satish Kumar Sharma, Joint CEO of SMVD Shrine Board graced the occasion as Guest of Honour and mentioned that such initiatives show our dedication to the welfare of yatris’ sevaks and their animals and that this camp reaffirms our commitment to serving the people of Katra and strengthening our shared bonds.
