‘Not in touch with PDP: Nirmal Singh

Jammu, Jan 19: Former Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh Tuesday said that after the demise of Mufti Muhammad Sayeed People’s Democratic Party has never contacted Bhartiya Janata Party over Government formation.
“PDP is not in touch with us and not a single member from PDP has contacted us so far. I can say there is no official communication between PDP and BJP,” Singh told CNS but added that only BJP and PDP can form government in the state.
Responding to a question Singh said that PDP, has not set any condition before BJP. “These are all speculations and there not an iota of truth in it. We are hopeful that both the parties will form the government in coming days,” he said.
