JRL said that the way GoI is announcing bans and crackdowns on the organizations associated with the Kashmir struggle, arresting the leadership and slapping them with draconian PSAs, killing youth in custody arresting youth and slapping them with PSAs and using force and fear to muzzle the peoples struggle for resolution of the Kashmir dispute exposes the hollow claims of democracy of Indian government and also its aggressive and anti-human tactics adopted towards the peace loving people of Kashmir.

The JRL said that by employing the ultimate repressive measures, GoI cant neither break the resolve of people of Kashmir nor push the resistance leadership to submission. They said that by imposing bans on organizations and booking resistance leaders in fake cases and lodging them in jails, New Delhi can’t change the reality of the Kashmir issue.
