JKYJA PAYS GLOWING TRIBUTES TO IZHAR WANI

SRINAGAR: With Profound grief, utmost sorrow and pain the Jammu & Kashmir Young Journalists Association condoles the untimely demise of the prominent journalist of Jammu & Kashmir ‘Mr. Izhar Wani’ who happened to be the Kashmir bureau chief of Agence France Press (AFP), the prominent international news agency based in France.

On the occasion all the members of Jammu & Kashmir Young Journalists Association (JKYJA) gathered for a condolence meeting and prayed for the departed soul and paid glowing tributes to him. Ajaz Ahmad War, President JKYJA termed Izhar as a noble soul, an apt journalist and stated that it is not possible to fill the void created by his demise.
