J&K Chief Minister chairs meeting to appoint Chairperson, Members of SHRC

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 07: The Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti, Friday chaired the meeting of the Committee constituted to recommend eligible persons for appointment as the Chairperson and Members of the Jammu and Kashmir State Human Rights Commission (SHRC).

The Selection Committee comprises Chairman Legislative Council, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Leaders of the single largest party in opposition to the Government in Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council.
