Jameel War calls for Valleywide strike on June 26

SRINAGAR: World Islamic Students’ League President, Jameel Ahmed War, has called for a valleywide strike on June 26th as a mark of protest over the mysterious fire at Dastgeer Sahab shrine. Expressing grief and concern, War said there is a design behind such acts and it is an attempt at dividing the Muslim society in Kashmir on sectarian lines. “We will not tolerate such machinations and every such attempt to divide Kashmiri society and harm the freedom movement will be foiled,” said Jameel War. Mr.War, said that the conspirators of this heinous act will punished and such elements or groups will be shown exit from Kashmir who have launched a campaign against shrines , Sufis and Saints of Kashmir.
