Hilal War calls for Kashmir Bandh on Jan 26

Srinagar: Calling for a complete shutdown on January 26, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir People’s Political Party (PPP), Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, Monday said India had no right to celebrate its Republic Day in Occupied Kashmir.

Mr. War, Said “ Government of India has been denying the Right of Self-Determination to the oppressed people of Kashmir which has been guaranteed by United Nations and even promised by India’s first Prime Minister of India , Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in Indian Parliament and in Historical Lal Chowk . Therefore India has no moral justification to celebrate its Republic Day while she has been violating the Human Rights and denying the fundamental rights of the 14 million people of J & K Nation.
India must not forget the issue of Jammu and Kashmir Nation has assumed the shape of a International Conflict ,therefore, the intervention of superpower nations like United States of American and China is unavoidable and in accordance with golden principles of United Nations Charter in order to maintain International Peace and Security . These powerful Nations including European Union knew that the gateway of World Peace is the resolution of Kashmir Tangle
Paying tributes to the martyrs of 25 January 1990 Handwara massacre and 27 January 1994 Kupwara massacre. He asked people in these areas to observe complete shutdown on, 25 and 27, respectively. (KMW News)
