New Delhi, March 17: The Bharatiya Janata Party Thursday said that the party is committed to fulfill all the promises it has made with People’s Democratic Party in Jammu and Kashmir.
BJP’s National Vice President Avinash Rai Khanna told the stand of the party with regard to ‘Agenda of Alliance’ vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir has not changed and it is still committed to implement the said AoA on ground.
“We have not backtracked from any of the promises that we made with People’s Democratic Party. It is PDP that has to take the initiative to put an end to the political stalemate in the state,” Khana said.
Responding to a question, Avinash Rai Khana said that they have not received any positive signal from PDP yet. “The ball lies in the court of PDP and they have to take a decision,” he said adding there is no change in BJP stand. (CNS)
