In a big development to winter sports in Kashmir, A young skier Romaan ul Madina from Tyndale Biscoe School is going to represent India in Dream Program 2023 which is going to be held in Gangwon Province, Korea from January 5 to January 20, 2023.
It is his international debut in skiing and he is aiming to participate in more events like this in upcoming future.
He has been chasing this dream from past 5 years. He has participated in 6 national events and has been 6 times national medalist.
As a matter of fact, He has secured 1 gold , 2 silver and 3 bronze medals in National Championships.
Dream program 2023 is an annual winter sports training camp which aims to promote friendship among youth from all over the world as well as contribute to nurturing young athletes for the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
